Private Sessions - In Studio or Virtual

Your one-on-one session with your instructor will be tailored to your body’s specific needs and your fitness goals. There is no one size fits all in Pilates.

  • One-on-one means no intimidation

It is recommended to practice 2-3 days per week to achieve the maximum benefits.

1 Session: $80
Package of 8 Sessions: $620 = $77.50 each
Package of 12 Sessions: $900 = $75.00 each

 

Semi-Private Sessions

You and a spouse, partner or friends will enjoy working out together with one instructor. Your time together will be efficient and fun!

Benefits of Semi-Private Training:

  • Perfect for people that want someone to hold them accountable for their workouts

  • You will have the opportunity to explore more apparatus than is available in a group class.

  • Fewer people means less intimidation if you are interested in advancing your knowledge and understanding of Pilates

It is recommended to practice 2-3 days per week to achieve the maximum benefits.

Semi-Private Sessions for 2 People 1 Session: $50 Per Person
Package of 8 Sessions: $720 = $45 Per Person

Semi-Private Sessions for 3 People 1 Session: $48 Per Person
Package of 8 Sessions: $1,080 = $45 Per Person

 

The Pink Ribbon Program

The Pink Ribbon Program has been created to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients. The program helps stretch and strengthens shoulder, chest and back allowing the patient to improve range of motion and strength to those areas most affected by breast cancer surgery, treatment and reconstruction. This is an 8-week therapeutic exercise protocol.
